Authentic Turkish delight in cube form. Rose coloured with pistachios. Turkish delight, or Lokum, is a gel-like confectionery. It features a chewy texture and is flavoured with ingredients such as rosewater, lemon and pistachio nuts. It comes in a range of flavours, including pistachio and hazelnut.
